Intereum Recognized as BOMA's 2018 Local TOBY Winner
Duke Realty received the honors for their work with Intereum at the fifth annual Best of BOMA Gala.
Our beautiful showroom and warehouse is a property that is owned by Duke Realty LP and managed by Duke Realty. At a recent BOMA event, the Waterford Innovation building that Intereum is part of, Duke received a TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year Award) for their work in developing a contemporary, progressive space that accommodates our showroom and warehouse components. Winning in the industrial office building category, Duke ensured our building matched the surrounding office park with such complements like the spandrel glass windows that allow for generous light to fill our space. Our team members are fortunate and can enjoy the natural light or can take a break by hitting the regional natural trail that connects to local amenities.
TOBY awards were presented in four categories: 250,000 - 499,999 Sq. Ft., Corporate Facility, Industrial Office Building, and Renovated Building. Learn more about the other award recipients at www.bomampls.org.
With this award, Duke will advance to the regional TOBY competition, with winners of that regional competition advancing to the BOMA International TOBY competition in late June.
