The approach of our healthcare team was pivotal in Lorenz Clinic selecting Intereum as the furniture partner for their new clinic. Our team took the time to sit down and be sure we understood their vision, quickly providing a preliminary package and a high-level budget for transparency. We were able to provide solutions across their floor plate, a one-stop-shop for the furniture and tools needed to support a multi-disciplinary psychotherapy clinic.
Collaborating closely with Synergy Architecture and BDH, it was important for the project to understand how they operate as a family-owned business to balance the needs of the patients, therapists, and owners. Our team was able to leverage LEAF Financial so that Lorenz could conserve their working capital and remain strategic while creating their new clinic.
In the midst of the pandemic, Intereum safely accommodated a tour in our showroom to display various product options, which was important to the client. We mocked up the therapy rooms and provided a myriad of flexible furniture options to show how the rooms could adjust as needs change for patients and therapists. It was a unique opportunity for our team to leverage our expertise across all of our markets – healthcare solutions for patient rooms, corporate solutions for the training room and boardroom, and education solutions utilized in the children's treatment rooms and support areas. This in-person collaboration was important to finalizing the perfect solutions for the clinic, weighing aesthetic preferences against functionality.
Despite the chaos the year brought, with consistent communication and a smooth install, Lorenz Clinic came together seamlessly and resulted in a bright and welcoming space.
