Intereum has joined the PARIC Holdings family of companies through a strategic collaboration designed to expand their combined commitment to integrated, end-to-end building and workplace solutions. This partnership will strengthen the company’s suite of services while continuing to drive growth and development.

For over 40 years, Intereum has built a strong reputation, specializing in contract furnishings, audio visual solutions, and architectural products for commercial, healthcare, legal, finance, education, and public sectors. By joining forces with PARIC Holdings, Intereum will leverage additional resources and expertise, enabling them to accelerate growth and enhance their offerings while supporting their customers.

The acquisition of Intereum comes a year following PARIC Holdings' purchase of Interior Investments, another MillerKnoll Certified Dealer headquartered in Chicago. The new market conditions reflect consolidation in all parts of the industry, which began with the merger of Herman Miller and Knoll in 2021, becoming MillerKnoll.
