Creating a home for a newly centralized company.
NFP, formerly KNW Group, is a leading insurance broker and consultant that needed a new office to centralize their team and modernize their workplace. Their goal for this project was to create a varied workspace that consolidated their four existing office locations into one headquarters. NFP partnered with Intereum early on to deliver furniture and audio visual solutions to provide the best support for their teams. Our integrated approach, made possible by highly collaborative in-house furniture and AV teams, made for a smooth and seamless process. Technology played a large role in this project, as a lot of their business is done via the phone or video conferencing. Our AV team was able to deploy modern, intuitive phone and video conferencing solutions that streamlined their technology experience.
Not only does the new NFP headquarters boast unobstructed 360 degree views to downtown Minneapolis and across the suburbs, but their new space offers significantly more employee support. Our design team was able to integrate existing furniture into a new aesthetic, provide every workstation with a sit to stand desk, and deliver high panel stations to support their privacy needs. Altogether, NFP’s new space has 13 fully connected meeting spaces, dedicated quiet work areas, 2 coffee bars, and a coworking café.
